This Privacy Policy explains how Grrowth, operated by Black Dash LLC ("Grrowth," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, use our AI Employee products (including website widgets, AI receptionist, AI sales assistant, and AI review assistant tools), exchange text messages with us, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly, such as when you contact us, request a demo, opt in to text messages, or sign up for our Services:
- Name
- Business name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Any other information you choose to provide
Information collected through our AI Employee products, on behalf of our business clients:
- Customer/visitor messages submitted through an AI widget, chat, phone call, or text message
- Appointment booking details (name, contact info, requested service/date)
- Lead information submitted through forms, follow-ups, or review requests
Information collected automatically when you visit our website or interact with an AI widget:
- IP address
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and general usage data
- Cookies or similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Grrowth uses SMS and MMS text messaging to communicate with prospective clients, current clients, and (on behalf of our business clients) their customers.
How consent is obtained. We collect your mobile number and your express written consent to receive text messages only when you provide it directly — by submitting a form on our website that includes an SMS consent checkbox or disclosure, by giving verbal or written consent during a call or in-person conversation, by texting us first, or by opting in through one of our business clients' own intake forms, websites, or booking flows. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers for text messaging from third-party lists.
Types of messages. Depending on how you opted in, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, quote and service follow-ups, review requests, account or service notifications, and — where you have consented to marketing messages — occasional promotional offers.
Frequency, rates, and opt-out. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to contact us by phone or email.
No sharing of mobile information for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data collected for SMS purposes are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — that information will not be shared with any third party, except with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the message you asked for (for example, our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers), and only for that purpose.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Build, operate, and improve our AI Employee products
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and related communications by text, phone, or email — to you, or on behalf of our business clients where their customers have consented
- Communicate with prospective and current clients about our Services
- Monitor and improve the performance, security, and reliability of our Services
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Information We Collect on Behalf of Our Clients
When a business uses a Grrowth AI Employee (widget, receptionist, sales assistant, or review assistant) on their own website or phone line, Grrowth may process information submitted by that business's customers (such as name, contact details, messages, and SMS consent) on behalf of that business. In this role, the business is the owner of that customer data, and Grrowth acts as a service provider helping deliver the Services to them.
Businesses using Grrowth's Services are responsible for obtaining valid consent from their own customers before any text messages are sent, and for maintaining their own privacy notices, consistent with applicable law.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our Services (e.g., hosting, messaging, telephony, or scheduling providers), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to perform their function
- The business client whose AI Employee collected the information (e.g., a lead submitted through a client's website widget is shared with that client)
- Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, and, as stated in Section 2, we never share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records of SMS consent and opt-out requests are retained as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations. Business clients may request deletion of their customer data collected through their AI Employee, subject to those requirements.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Our website and AI widgets may use cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality, remember preferences, and understand usage patterns. You can typically adjust your browser settings to limit or block cookies, though this may affect certain features.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent to text messaging at any time (reply STOP, or contact us using Section 12)
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
